These Copic Cupcakes are SO FUN. They are actually brownies baked in cute little paper cups then set inside a plastic champagne glass and a ribbon tied on. The little flowers are made with a Tim Holtz die...The Best part is the frosting... we ADDED FOOD COLORING TO A NEW CLEAN BLANK COPIC MARKER and airbrushed on the color... It was SO EASY and totally fun. Give it a try...
